A COMPOSED PAIR OF PLAIN-BODIED 3-WAY POWDER FLASKS, ONE MARKED 'SYKES',
mid-19th Century, copper and brass, each with a screw-thread cap over the base aperture and a swivel cover on the top aperture; one oval with a plain swivel cover, body slightly narrowing to the base, stamped 'SYKES' in small vertical lettering facing downwards a little above the base, 4 1/2in.; the other oval narrowing to a circular base, embossed shell pattern to the swivel cover, 4 1/4in.; both in full working order with a little minor shallow denting
