A GOOD 7mm PINFIRE SIX-SHOT POCKET-REVOLVER, UNSIGNED, no visible serial number,
Belgian, circa 1860, with round blued 3 1/4in. barrel, dove-tailed bead fore-sight, standing notch rear-sight to the octagonal breech-section, plain blued cylinder with external ratchet locking, blued open iron frame with side loading gate and plunge ejector-rod, polished spurred hammer, flared smooth ivory grips and hinged folding trigger, the frame, cylinder, grip-straps and breech inlaid with geometric designs in silver wire, much original finish remaining
