A CARVED DUCK DECOY IN THE FORM OF A MALLARD DRAKE, measuring approx. 15 1/2in. from beak to tail, with bead eyes, some painted feather motifs, with an empty brass 12-bore cartridge, mounted on a plinth which forms a bespoke brass-bound wooden box, the lid interior inked 'MASON. MALLARD DRAKE DETROIT GRADE. FRANK J. BEALL. 3-18-87 2 OF 2', together with a further carved painted wooden duck decoy in the form of a mallard (2)
