A RARE BOXED 'EXIT BUNNY' SHOOTING GAME,
circa 1919, comprising of a print decorated target box with four repositionable painted tinplate rabbit silhouettes on two wooden runners, the background decorated with an English country scene and bolting rabbits, the outer box with compartments for the two 'WELLS AUTOMATIC REPEATING PISTOLS' constructed of black painted tinplate and repeat firing on wooden ball ammunition and complete with a further compartment containing three boxes of round wooden 'WELLS REPEATING AUTOMATIC PISTOL BULLETS', the box lid with a scene of a grass field with two bolting rabbits running from beneath an oak tree and marked 'EXIT-BUNNY SHOOTING GAME, A FASCINATING TEST OF MARKSMANSHIP' together with the makers trademark and 'BRITISH MADE', (two box corners torn, small hole to lower right corner of lid), generally fine and bright colours and appearing little used
