24 7/8in. nitro reproved barrels, file-cut rib engraved 'BLISSETT & SON. SOUTH CASTLE STREET. LIVERPOOL', 3in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and 1/4 choke, carved percussion fences with broad strikers, rebounding back-action locks with ornately carved high-spurred dolphin hammers, profusely engraved with both bold and fine acanthus scrollwork, interspersed with floral designs and the lockplates with central deer motifs, retaining very slight traces of colour-hardening, 14 3/8in. well-figured pistolgrip stock with finely engraved steel pistolgrip-cap and buttplate, weight 5lb. 9oz.
