circa 1870, with 19in. barrel section covered in wood veneer, exposed brass muzzle (cap absent), blade fore-sight, folding leaf rear-sight, hinged loading tap, concealed button trigger, the straight detachable 17in. air reservoir also covered in wood veneer and fitted with a horn bun pommel, in a period but unassociated compact canvas covered wood carry case and including a pump with base-plate, the body signed 'WATSON BROS 4 PALL MALL LONDON', a scissors ball mould with bamboo handles, a re-purposed key, spare valve stem and a later rubber muzzle-cover
