circa 1928, 30in. nitro reproved barrels (in 1980), the rib engraved 'J. WILSON & SON. 47 GOODRAMGATE. YORK.', 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 1/4 choke, treble-grip W. Baker patent assisted-opening action, patent no. 16778 of 22nd March 1913, with Baker patent ejectors, automatic safety with inlaid 'SAFE' detail, bold acanthus scroll engraving with beaded bordering, the fences engraved with a grape and vine design, brushed bright and reblued finish overall, 15 1/8in. figured stock including 7/8in. leather covered recoil pad, weight 7lb.
