LOHMAR - ' and 'CAL. 8X57IS', and with some fine decorative matting towards the breech end and two gold band details, quickly-detachable telescopic sight mount bases, the receiver with solid side-wall, fine acanthus scroll engraving with chequered and gold highlight detailing, bolt with gold highlights and progressive radial cut chequering, flag safety with gold-inlaid 'F' and 'S' details, florally engraved and gold highlighted recoil blocks, hinged straddle floorplate with push button release, acanthus scroll engraved en suite, retaining virtually full original colour-hardened finish, highly-figured pistolgrip stock with flat side panels, schnabel tip, cheekpiece, engraved and colour-hardened steel pistolgrip-cap and sling swivels, 14 5/8in. pull including 1/2in. rubber recoil pad, weight 7lb. 6oz.
