WHITNEY, NEW-HAVEN', bead fore-sight, sighting groove to the top-strap, solid nickel-plated frame with converted standing breech dove-tailed into rear, together with a loading cut-out on the right hand side, plain plated and lengthened cylinder, single action mechanism, replacement smooth walnut grips, hinged under-barrel rammer, the whole plated probably at time of conversion and retaining the majority
