for 1906, 30 1/4in. Whitworth-steel nitro chopperlump barrels, the rib engraved 'STEPHEN GRANT & SONS. 57A ST JAMES'S STREET. LONDON.' and '2', the breech end with 'PATENT EJECTOR', the tubes engraved 'SIR JOSEPH WHITWORTH'S FLUID PRESSED STEEL', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 1/4 choke, right wall at 18, foliate engraved fluted fences, removable striker discs, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, fine acanthus scroll engraving, brushed finish, minor fractures/repairs at knuckle under cocking levers, 15in. figured (likely historic replacement) stock, minor split at hand, weight 7lb.
