A .455/.476 WEBLEY W.G. REVOLVER, serial no. 7494, WITH HISTORIC BULLET DAMAGE,
manufactured in 1895, with blued 6in. barrel, nickel bladed fore-sight, single-sided quick release cylinder catch, break-open frame with automatic ejecting blued fluted cylinder, stirrup latch locking catch, chequered walnut flared grips with squared heel, the trigger guard apparently struck and bent inwards by a rifle-bullet also folding the trigger blade (action still operative), fine surface rust spotting over original blued finish

Provenance: Factory records state this revolver was completed in 1895 and then sold through the Army & Navy Stores to a Mrs Moreton on the 22nd January, 1896
