Belgian for the Dutch market circa 1890, with blued octagonal 3 1/2in. barrel, the right hand top-flat signed 'NED WAPPENMAGAZIJN-HAARLEM', the left top-flat continuing 'HAAG-AMSTERDAM-ARNHEM', the top-flat itself marked 'ACIER FONDU', dove-tailed blade fore-sight, plain blued cylinder marked '1-2' with an arrow, colour-hardened solid frame with hinged loading gate and blued cylinder locking side-safety, chequered walnut birds-head grips with lanyard ring at heel, colour-hardened spurred hammer and guarded trigger, swing-out ejector, much original finish throughout
