27in. Greener trade mark nitro reproved (2017) barrels, scroll engraved at the breech ends, the rib engraved 'W.W. GREENER. MAKER. 40 PALL MALL. LONDON. SW. WORKS. ST MARY'S SQUARE. BIRMINGHAM', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 1/2 and 3/4 choke, treble-grip early Anson & Deeley patent action, carved fences, manual side-safety, floral engraved safety housing with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, fine acanthus scroll engraving, the makers name surrounded by a stylised cartouche, brushed finish, 14 1/2in. likely replacement figured stock, bolstered fore-end with horn finial (chipped), weight 5lb. 15oz.
