circa 1800, with script signature, possibly 'BUZOT PERE A' CHARLEVILLE', browned 30in. unsigned barrels, plain top-tang with carved and raised sighting groove, radiused plain signed locks with carved pointed tails and raised hammer platforms, plain cocks and frizzens with platinum lined pans and touch-holes, moulded figured walnut handrail half-stock with finely chequered panels (worn smooth), pinched comb, iron heel-cap, raised lower tang with pillared guard, turned iron thimbles and replacement ramrod, fore-end with hairline crack
