AN UNUSUALLY LONG 10-BORE FLINTLOCK FOWLING PIECE SIGNED 'GRICE',
the lock dated for 1762, with round, 60 3/4in. slightly swamped barrel, military-style 'banana' lock with crown device over 'W.R.', signed 'GRICE' and dated at the tail, walnut half-stock with brass furniture, possibly modified from a service musket, naive iron barrel-band, two brass ramrod thimbles attached directly to barrel, missing ramrod (iron parts lightly corroded and stained)
