circa 1936, with concealed, sighted barrel, dove-tailed blade fore-sight, military pattern rear-sight graduated to 20 metres, later 'Anschutz' alloy detachable magazine, bolt-action cocking, the air chamber marked 'HAENEL SPORT MODELL 33, SCHMEISSER'S PATENT', wing safety to end of receiver, walnut three-quarter stock of military style with half-pistol grip and provision for sling, the whole in imitation of a German Mauser K98K service rifle complete with blued steel furniture and clearing rod, some wear to stock finish and light surface corrosion
