circa 1897, with 4in. barrel, the top-strap marked with a large broad arrow mark indicating naval use, break-open frame with automatic ejecting fluted cylinder, cylinder release screw to left side of barrel, double-action mechanism and chequered hard-rubber birdshead grips with lanyard ring at heel, the whole a military refinish
