circa 1864, possibly produced in the Southern States during the civil war and in a similar style to a Griswold revolver, with round iron 7 1/2in. barrel, plain iron cylinder, brass open frame of Colt style, smooth walnut one-piece grip, rounded trigger-guard and articulated under-barrel loading lever, no finish
