A SCARCE .25 BARREL-COCKING AIR-RIFLE, MODEL 'SERVICE MKII', serial no. S13110, complete with spare .177 & .22 barrels,
third series circa 1939, with blued 25 1/2in. sighted barrel numbered to the rifle (also stamped '986'), push-button barrel release, bolt handle locking catch, blued air-chamber with the make and model details to the left hand side and five lines of patents to the right, blued trigger-unit with no safety catch, walnut chequered saw-handled butt-stock, adjustable peep-sight, horn heel-plate, the whole sympathetically re-finished; TOGETHER WITH a .177 barrel numbered 4080 and a .22 barrel numbered 5063 for the same model also re-finished and a later take-down vinyl storage case fitted internally for the rifle with the three barrels detached
