circa 1800 with later conversion to percussion, slightly swamped octagonal 9 1/4in. rebrowned barrels, white metal fore-sights, standing notch rear-sights to the engraved top-tangs, platinum plugs, border and trophy engraved flat locks with dolphin headed hammers, walnut full-stocks with chequered bag-shaped butts, single set triggers and metal and horn-tipped ramrods, traces of original finish except where noted, complete with their manufacturer's walnut storage box, compartmented and lined in green baize, Harcourt trade label inside lid and including a period ball-mould, later flask and cleaning rod
