circa 1880, the cane 37 1/4in. overall, with tap-loading 20in. rifled barrel (missing nose-cap), concealed button trigger, detachable straight air reservoir, the end fitted with a later detachable skeleton iron butt, reasonable amount of original black painted finish, together with an amateur fabricated stirrup pump for same
