circa 1967, 30in. nitro reproved barrels with 8mm ventilated matt top-rib, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 3/4 and full choke, dated August 1967, 26in. nitro reproved barrels with 8mm ventilated matt top-rib, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. choke in both, dated March 1969, quadruple-grip action with side-bolsters, automatic safety with engraved 'S' detail, hand-detachable lockplates with concealed flush release lever, cocking-indicators, barrel-selector switch engraved 'O' and 'U', the action and furniture profusely engraved with bold Germanic scroll engraving, the lockplates carved in relief with game scenes of hound and fowl in a woodland setting, bright finish, 14 3/8in. well-figured stock including 1 1/2in. extension and ventilated rubber recoil pad, weight 7lb. 11oz. (30in.) and 7lb. 9oz. (26in.)
