DITTMANN HAMBURG' and with border line and some scroll detailing, open sights and ramp-mounted broad bead fore-sight, the receiver (with thumb cutout) mounted with a Hensoldt Diasta 8x52 telescopic sight, serial no. 205771, in quickly-detachable mounts, side wall marked 'DEUTSCHE WAFFEN - UND MUNITIONSFABRIKEN. BERLIN.', bolt knob with floral engraving and a chequered band, detachable floorplate with military style release, the receiver and furniture engraved with fine acanthus scrollwork, highly-figured pistolgrip with side panels and sculpted cheekpiece, engraved steel pistolgrip-cap gold-inlaid with a monogram, sling swivels, 14 3/4in. pull including 5/8in. recoil pad, weight 8lb. 5oz.
