A PAIR OF HALBERDS 20th century and probably made for the stage, of 16th century style with pierced concave axe faces with bladed reverses, the centres mounted with square section spikes, the heads in turn mounted to square section wood shafts entirely wrapped in red velvet with decorative rivets and tassel ornamentation, aged, approximately 97in. overall (2)
