CHAMBRE 70', 2 3/4in. chamber, bored approx. 3/4 choke, ring bulged towards muzzle, snap-action with the triggerguard acting as the push-forward underlever, standing breech with scalloped raised semi prolate spheriod sighting shoulder, side mounted safety button with concentric ring detailing, unembellished action retaining some original colour-hardening, the underside neatly marked 'SIMPLEX' in a sunken oval cartouche, 14 1/4in. semi-pistolgrip stock including buttplate with the MF laurel wreath logo in relief, snap fore-end, sling swivels with leather slip, weight 5lb. 14oz.
