Blanch & Son, 29 Gracechurch St London' on the rib, border and scroll-engraved back-action locks marked 'J. BLANCH & SON', scroll-engraved hammers firm on half and full cock, half-stocked in walnut with chequered fore-end and wrist with inset blank brass oval escutcheon, barrel-break lever, toe and heel caps to butt, all metal furniture cleanly scroll-engraved. 46 in. overall
